Please arrive promptly for your appointment and cancel if you are sick, have a cough, sore throat or are experiencing a fever.

I do not answer the phone when in the treatment room with clients, so please make sure to leave your full name, message and phone number or send a text for faster response.

If you arrive early or more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment please call or text (617-835-8406) I will let you know if I’m ready for you. We unfortunately don't have a waiting room.

Please do not arrive late to your appointment. All clients are scheduled in a timely manner and arriving late can cause your appointment to be cancelled and charged for fully.

Face Coverings are optional. Whatever makes you feel comfortable.

The studio is thoroughly disinfected between each treatment using industry-standard sanitizing supplies and a HEPA air filter is being used to recycle the air up to 5x per hour.

FAQ

Before your facial:

Avoid any facial waxing, shaving, tweezing and threading within the past 48 hours
Avoid any laser hair removal for 2 weeks
Avoid Botox and fillers for 2 weeks
Avoid any at home treatments or exfoliation, both Physical and/or chemical. (Avoid Retinols, BHA's, AHA's, Scrubs, Abrasive Brushes, Etc.)
Know the names of all products in your homecare. Bring a list or take a photo of your products. Having these details will help us determine what is the best course of treatment for your skin
Dress comfortably, depending on the selected treatment you'll have to change into a robe
Be ready to be honest with your Esthie, the more information you give the best we can assess your skin needs
Inform your Esthie if you are pregnant or lactating
Reach out with any questions - There is no such thing as a bad question!

After your facial:

No exfoliation for a minimum of 3 days
No make up for 12-24 hours
Avoid direct exposure to the sun and wear sunscreen everyday
Avoid working out for 12-24 hours
Be gentle with your skin and no picking
Follow the instructions given by your Estie

CANCELLATION POLICY

WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.

IF YOU MISS, NO SHOW OR CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT TIME YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE IN FULL, 100% OF YOUR SERVICE TOTAL. IF YOU FAIL TO GIVE A 48 HOURS CANCELLATION NOTICE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A FEE OF 50% OF YOUR SERVICE TOTAL.

IF YOU ARE MORE THEN 10 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU MAY NOT BE SEEN AND WILL BE CHARGED YOUR APPOINTMENT IN FULL. YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED!
